Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation:
- Develop engaging and creative content (text, images, videos, graphics) for social media platforms, the website, and other digital channels.
- Create and schedule posts that align with IDRAAC’s mission, vision, and ongoing activities.
- Produce content tailored to different audiences and platforms to maximize engagement and reach.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage and monitor IDRAAC’s social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on engagement, reach, and audience insights.
- Website Maintenance:
- Update and maintain website content to reflect current programs, activities, and news.
- Ensure that website visuals and text are engaging, accurate, and aligned with branding.
- Communication Management:
- Develop and execute creative digital campaigns that align with organizational goals and engage target audiences.
- Draft newsletters, press releases, and other communication materials to effectively convey key messages and updates.
- Build and strengthen IDRAAC’s brand identity by creating consistent, impactful messaging across all online platforms.
- Actively engage with stakeholders through digital channels to foster relationships and enhance the organization’s visibility.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and report on social media and website performance using analytics tools.
- Provide recommendations to enhance online engagement and effectiveness based on data insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation (portfolio required).
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) is a plus.
