Objectives

The primary objectives of this engagement include:

• Developing and integrating advanced monitoring tools to track platform performance, user activity, and system health.
• Implementing new features to enhance user experience and functionality.
• Optimizing the existing codebase for better efficiency, security, and maintainability.
• Ensuring seamless integration of new tools and features with the current platform architecture.

Scope of Work

The selected software developer will be responsible for the following tasks:

• System Monitoring Enhancements including developing and implementing real-time monitoring tools
• Feature Development & Enhancement including but not limited to identifying and proposing new features that align with user needs, designing, developing, and integrating new modules as required, improving the UI/UX for better navigation and user interaction.
• Performance Optimization such as optimizing database queries and backend processes
• Security & Compliance by implementing best practices for data protection and user authentication and ensuring compliance with relevant data privacy regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in web development and system optimization.
• Proficiency in Laravel, JavaScript, Python, PHP or a similar language.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, among others.
• Strong knowledge of database management such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• Understanding of security best practices and data privacy laws.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
