Videographer & Video Editor

We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer & Video Editor to lead the production of high-quality video content that supports our programs, events, and advocacy work. The ideal candidate will have a strong storytelling sense, technical expertise, and the ability to translate complex social and humanitarian topics into compelling visual narratives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for documentaries, events, campaigns, and social media platforms.
• Produce short-form and long-form videos that align with organizational goals and communication strategies.
• Collaborate with program, communications, and advocacy teams to develop video concepts and storyboards.
• Capture interviews, field activities, and live events using professional video and audio equipment.
• Edit footage, add graphics, subtitles, sound design, and color correction to produce polished final products.
• Manage video assets, ensure proper archiving, and maintain an organized media library.
• Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high production and editorial standards.
• Travel to various locations across Lebanon to cover field activities and events as required.

Skills and Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years of professional videography experience.
• University degree in Audiovisual Arts, Film Production, Journalism, Media & Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in creating documentary-style content and event-based short videos.
• Strong creative vision, storytelling ability, and excellent attention to detail.
• Experience working on topics related to human rights, gender, development, or social justice is highly desirable.
• A solid portfolio showcasing relevant past videography and video editing projects.
