In pursuit of our commitment to advance Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) and empower communities with essential knowledge, I’m Possible is seeking the services of a dedicated SRHR Trainer Expert. This expert will be well-versed in the latest developments and best practices in SRHR education, advocacy, and programming. They should demonstrate the ability to design and deliver comprehensive SRHR training modules that cater to diverse audiences, ranging from teachers to parents and students. Moreover, the candidate should have expert skills in giving dynamic and engaging training sessions on SRHR, making complex concepts accessible and actionable for various target groups.

Responsibilities

The SRHR trainer will undertake functions as mentioned below:

  • Develop and deliver SRHR training modules for diverse audiences.
  • Conduct awareness sessions on SRHR topics.
  • Stay updated on the latest SRHR developments and best practices.
  • Tailor training content to meet the specific needs of different groups.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to promote SRHR education and advocacy.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of SRHR training programs.
  • Ensure inclusivity and equity in SRHR education efforts.
  • Uphold human rights principles in all SRHR initiatives.
  • Foster a supportive and participatory learning environment.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to training activities.
