Long-Term Service Agreement for Advertising Agency Services

Scope of Work:
The selected agency will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks, including:

Social Media Management: Producing an average of five posts and two short videos weekly. Content should be designed for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, with an emphasis on creating eye-catching graphics and engaging infographics.

Video Production: Developing impactful storytelling through videos, including two annual documentaries (3-5 minutes each) and animated explainer videos (1–2 minutes) to simplify complex environmental and social issues for a broad audience.

Advocacy Campaigns: Creating targeted campaigns focused on specific issues, such as climate action and sustainable development, with objectives that drive both awareness and behavioral change.

Brand Messaging and Strategic Communications: Supporting IndyACT in refining brand voice, developing key messaging pillars, and ensuring consistency across all content, especially during events and workshops.

Website Maintenance: Providing ongoing website updates and maintenance to ensure an optimized, mobile-responsive, and SEO-friendly user experience that aligns with our initiatives.

How to Apply

Your portfolio for the above services, preferably through a link to a website, google drive, or similar online storage space.
2.
Your usual pricing for the following items that will be applied in the coming three years:

A social media campaign that includes: 20 insta posts and 5 reels

A 5min video documentary of an IndyACT project

A 1min animated video
-
Full branding for a 4-hour conference, including design of invitation, agenda, backdrop, props and other visuals.

Website Maintenance cost per year (www.indyact.org)

Concept design and strategy for an above the line guerilla marketing campaign

Developing a new brand, including logo and branding material, branding guide, etc.
