- 10+ years of experience in conducting social and economic appraisals
- Has conducted the economic appraisal of more than 5 infrastucture projects including agricultural related projects
- Well versed in the design and usage of qualitative and quantitative tools
- Has previous experience in conducting studies for international organizations
- Able to synthesize large data sets to reach conclusions and strategic recommendations
- In-depth knowlege of the Lebanese context
- Higher education degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or any related field from a top-tier English language university
- Has excellent writing skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic
