WASH Expert

·         Has at a minimum a masters degree in hydraulic engineering or mechanical engineering from a reputable university

·         More than 10 years experience in working on water projects

·         Has a minimum of 5 years experience in conducting evaluations specific to WASH programs

·         Has managed more than five evaluation studies from inception to completion

·         Familiar with global and regional trends and initiatives in WASH

·         Has previous experience in conducting studies for international organizations

·         Extensive experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research

·         Has previous experience in working in the Bekaa region

·         Good writing skills

·         Excellent English and Arabic
