- Background Information:
The Community Organization for Development and Empowerment-TCODE-INITIATE is a Nongovernmental, nonprofit, youth-oriented organization based in Lebanon and dedicated to assisting vulnerable communities through youth inclusion and empowerment. While keeping youth at its focus of its mission, TCODE-INITIATE continually endeavors in creating comprehensive and inclusive programs aimed towards the empowerment of youth, and its concentric circles of influence.
In the process of delivering its Mission TCODE-INITIATE aspires to keeping its status as a hub for youth allowing them to: access a safe space, and acquire knowledge and access to a network of social and political influencers enhancing their social participation in decision making processes.
- Purpose of the Contract:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Consultant to oversee various initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
- Tasks:
- Develop a comprehensive project plan outlining objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with the initiative's goals and objectives.
- Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and external partners to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout all project phases.
- Lead project kickoff meetings to establish project scope, roles and responsibilities, and expectations with all stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Establish and maintain project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and meeting minutes, to track progress and facilitate effective communication.
- Manage project resources, including budget, personnel, and materials, to optimize efficiency and achieve project objectives within allocated resources.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, workshops, and status updates to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Conduct periodic project reviews and evaluations to assess project performance, identify lessons learned, and implement process improvements for future initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related inquiries, escalations, and communications, ensuring timely resolution and effective stakeholder management.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify opportunities for project expansion, replication, or scaling to maximize impact and sustainability.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and standards governing project implementation, including ethical considerations and risk management protocols.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Timeframe and Location:
Four months – Saida – Lebanon.
