ABOUT INJAZ LEBANON

INJAZ Lebanon is a non-profit organization, an affiliate of Junior Achievement (JA) Worldwide, with a mission to equip youth with the skills and mindset they need to become entrepreneurs and business leaders stimulating their communities. It is also a member of INJAZ Al-Arab, a regional network of 14 countries across the MENA region. INJAZ Lebanon delivers programs in partnership with the business sector, focusing on entrepreneurship, work readiness, and financial literacy.

ABOUT READY 4 WORK

Ready4Work is an employability and self-employment initiative implemented by INJAZ Lebanon in partnership with YUM, aiming to empower underserved youth across Lebanon with practical career skills. The project targets a total of 235 underserved youth, including 235 included 10% Lebanese, 50% Palestinians and 40% Syrians.

The program includes two Tracks:

  • On your Job Camp: A 2-day in-person workshop focused on soft skills, career exploration, and real-world challenges. (target 105 participants)
  • Own Your Work Bootcamp: A hands-on skills-building training for self-employment, freelancing, and career readiness. (target 50 participants)
  • Future Ready I Camp: 1 day workshop that focuses on employability (target 80 participants)

Scope of Work

1. Role Overview

INJAZ Lebanon seeks a Community Partner to support the successful delivery of the Ready4Work program. The selected partner will be responsible for outreach, mobilization, logistics, and coordination across the regions.

2. Key Responsibilities

A.Outreach & Mobilization

  • Recruit a total of 235 underserved youth, including 235 included 10% Lebanese, 50% Palestinians and 40% Syrians.
  • Ensure gender balance and geographic representation across Beirut.
  • Provide documentation verifying youth demographics (age, nationality, and underserved status).
  • Submit an outreach plan and provide proof of outreach efforts.
  • Guarantee that all participants are underserved, meaning they face economic, educational, or social barriers to employment or self-employment.

 B.Training Delivery Support

  • Book legally registered venues for training sessions in each region.
  • Coordinate catering for all in-person sessions with legally registered vendors.
  • A delivery notes for the food, which should reflect the same number of attendees as recorded on the attendance sheet (INJAZ Lebanon should approve what they’re suggesting as food or coffee – and avoid plastic use as much as possible).
  • Recruit qualified trainers (Trainer should be approved by INJAZ Lebanon first) for the Career Camp and Bootcamp (trainer content will be provided by INJAZ Lebanon).
  • A Training of Trainers (TOT) will be conducted by INJAZ Lebanon for the trainers recruited by the community partner. Share all trainer names and final schedules with INJAZ Lebanon in advance.
  • All procurement requests exceeding $500 require three quotations and a clear procurement process.
  • Provide invoice from the company to INJAZ LEBANON.

 C.Local Coordination & Reporting

  • Ensure on-ground coordination and logistical readiness for smooth session implementation.

Collect and Submit:

  • Signed attendance sheets by the attendees with the partner’s signature and stamp (provided by INJAZ Lebanon).
  • Pre- and post-tests filled out by participants (provided by INJAZ Lebanon).
  • Baseline and endline assessments (provided by INJAZ Lebanon).
  • High-quality photos and videos during each event.

Submit a complete report file for each session implemented within a few days after each training session, including:

  • Procurement documentation. 
  • Participant records and feedback..
  • Media and signed forms.

Support post-camp follow-up with youth to:

  • Encourage completion of INJAZ Campus online courses.
  • Offer basic mentoring support as needed.
  • Success Experience – Job Ready: Organize 10 to 15 internship placements for youth in partner companies. Please note that INJAZ Lebanon will handle direct payments to the participating youth. The community partner is responsible for collecting and submitting all required company documentation, student attendance records, and internship evaluations to INJAZ Lebanon.
  • Success Experience – Work Ready: INJAZ Lebanon will support and fund the provision of sponsored toolkits or tablets for 2 youth participants per class. The community partner will be responsible for selecting the appropriate items and communicating their recommendations to INJAZ Lebanon, which will then handle the procurement process.
  • Success Experience – Future ready ICAMP: INJAZ Lebanon will support and fund the provision of sponsored 10 prizes for 10 students from the winning team in the ICAMP.

INJAZ Lebanon Will Provide:

  • Full program curriculum, facilitation materials, and trainer toolkits.
  • Access to INJAZ Campus for follow-up courses.
  • Coordination of mentorship opportunities.
  • Procurement and coordination of 10 to 15 internships for the Job ready track. Moreover, the other success items like toolkits, prizes or tablets will be coordinated with INJAZ Lebanon to get them.
  • Branding guidelines and technical support throughout implementation.

Target Beneficiaries & Geographic Coverage

  • Total Participants: 235 underserved youth, including 235 included 10% Lebanese, 50% Palestinians and 40% Syrians
  • Regions Covered: Beirut (underserved Areas)
  • Age Group: Based on the track.

All participants must be underserved youth, with limited access to education, employment, or capacity-building opportunities.

Program Activities Summary

Expected Deliverables

  • Delivery of in-person workshops.
  • Training logistics and facilitation support.
  • Post Training mentoring and guidance.
  • Post-training follow-up support and course completion encouragement.
  • Distribution of success experiences.
  • Accurate reporting, attendance, and media collection.
  • Submission of complete documentation after each session.

Timeline

  • Program Duration: Date of signing the contract – September 10, 2025.
  • Sessions scheduled flexibly based on the location, trainer, venue and youth availability.

Roles & Collaboration

Community Partner Responsibilities:

  • Recruit 235 underserved youth.
  • Ensure trainer identification and coordination.
  • Book venues and catering with legally registered vendors.
  • Handle procurement processes.
  • Manage logistics and on-ground support.
  • Collect attendance sheets, tests, media, and all reporting.
  • Submit all documentation and procurement papers after each event.
  • Support INJAZ Campus follow-up and mentoring.

Selection Criteria

The service provider will be selected based on:

  • Relevant Work experience in the field, and portfolio.
  • Program proposal that contains the outreach plan, timeline and financial proposal.
  • Certificates (if Available).
  • Legal Papers.
