Background
INJAZ Lebanon is developing a digital financial literacy program targeting youth aged 18+ (primarily university students and young adults) across the MENA region. The program will be delivered through a self-paced, trilingual platform supported by interactive elements, simulations, AI tools, and optional volunteer engagement.
The program consists of 8 sessions, with defined topics and learning objectives already in place. Content is intended to cover foundational financial concepts relevant across the region, not country-specific systems.
Objective
To develop engaging, structured, and ready-to-digitize content for the 8-session program, ensuring clarity, relevance, and a strong learning flow for self-paced digital use.
Scope of Work
The consultant will work closely with INJAZ Lebanon to:
1. Structure the Learning Journey
- Organize the 8 sessions into a clear and progressive flow
- Ensure content builds from basic concepts to practical application
- Adapt level and tone to youth aged 18+
2. Develop Session Content (Ready for Digitization)
For each session:
- Content flow: Structured into short, clear segments suitable for interactive screens
- Scripts: For explainer videos and interactive elements
- Activities: Scenarios, simulations, quizzes, and challenges with clear instructions and intended outcomes
- Reflection prompts: Linking concepts to real-life decisions
3. Content Approach
- Use the provided outline and references as guidance
- Propose improvements where needed
- Ensure consistency in tone, level, and structure
- Keep content relevant to youth across the MENA region
4. Scope Clarification
- The consultant is not responsible for digitizing content
- The consultant will not develop or upload content on any platform
- A separate agency will handle production
- The role is to deliver content in formats aligned with its intended use (video, interactive elements, simulations, etc.)
5. Collaboration
- Work closely with the INJAZ team
- Share content progressively
- Integrate feedback quickly
6. Deliverables : 8 complete session packages, each including:
- Structured content flow
- Scripts (video and interactive)
- Activity design
- Final consolidated content ready for handover to the digital agency
7. Timeline
- Duration: 4 weeks
- Start: Immediate
- Rolling delivery expected, with first outputs within the first week
8. Profile
- Experience in financial literacy or economic education
- Experience developing digital or self-paced learning content
- Experience working with youth (18+)
- Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, engaging content
- Responsive and able to work within tight timelines

3. Financial Proposal Total proposed fee for the full assignment (inclusive of all costs)
4. Availability Statement Confirmation of immediate availability and ability to deliver within the 3-week timeline
5. Supporting Documents (Optional):
- Samples of previous work or links to relevant projects
- Reference(s) from similar assignments
Proposals that are received by INJAZ Lebanon after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation.
