INJAZ Lebanon is a non-profit organization, an affiliate of Junior Achievement (JA) Worldwide, with a mission to equip youth with the skills and mindset they need to become entrepreneurs and business leaders stimulating their communities. It is also a member of INJAZ Al-Arab, a regional network of 14 countries across the MENA region. INJAZ Lebanon delivers programs in partnership with the business sector, focusing on entrepreneurship, work readiness, and financial literacy.
Overview
INJAZ Lebanon is seeking to recruit a qualified and creative Videographer and Photographer to support the documentation and visual storytelling of its programs, activities, and events under the MAKKEN project. The selected consultant will play a key role in capturing high-quality visual content that reflects the impact of the MAKKEN 2 Project, enhances its visibility, and supports communication and outreach efforts.
This assignment will contribute to strengthening MAKKEN 2 Project presence and effectively communicating success stories to stakeholders, partners, and the broader community.
Scope of Work: The Photographer & Videographer shall be responsible for the following tasks:
- Provide on-site photography and videography coverage for project-related activities, including training sessions, opening days, and closing ceremonies.
- Work for up to 14 working days, 8 hours per day, as per the agreed schedule.
- Capture high-quality photos and video footage reflecting the full implementation process of activities.
- Conduct and film interviews and short testimonials with participants, trainers, municipality members, and invited guests.
- Edit all captured footage and photos to produce engaging visual content highlighting project objectives, activities, and results.
- Produce five (5) short edited videos, each with a duration of approximately 1.5 minutes, in horizontal format then adapted to vertical format for Instagram reels.
- Add English subtitles to all video content; the service provider is responsible for accurate translation and proper synchronization.
- Organize and deliver all raw and edited materials on an external hard drive provided by the service provider.
- Classify all materials into clearly labeled folders by event and activity, with standardized file naming (Date – Location – Event Name).
Deliverables
The Service Provider is expected to deliver:
- High-resolution edited photographs per event/activity.
- Five edited short videos (1.5 minutes each, in horizontal and vertical formats).
- Raw footage and photo files (organized and labeled).
- Social media-ready content (reels and optimized images).
- A final compiled video summarizing key activities (if requested).
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
- Proven experience in videography and photography, preferably with NGOs or development organizations
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous work (events, storytelling, interviews, etc.)
- Proficiency in professional camera equipment and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop)
- Strong storytelling and visual communication skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple assignments
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Sensitivity to cultural and social contexts when capturing content
- Ability to provide a team (e.g., photographer and videographer) when needed to cover events, including large or simultaneous activities.
