Content Development Officer

INJAZ Lebanon is a non-profit organization, an affiliate of Junior Achievement (JA) Worldwide, with a mission to equip youth with the skills and mindset they need to become the entrepreneurs and business leaders stimulating their communities. It is also a member of INJAZ Al-Arab, a regional network of 14 countries across the MENA region. INJAZ Lebanon delivers programs in partnership with the business sector focusing on entrepreneurship, work readiness and financial literacy.

The Short-term assigned Content Development Officer will be based in Mount Lebanon, INJAZ Lebanon Dekwaneh office and will be in charge of:

• Reviewing all INJAZ Lebanon program materials, comparing and updating them as requested by INJAZ team
• Including suggestions and recommendations for new activities, workshops & tools that will enrich the student experience during the program delivery
• Supporting INJAZ team members in digitalizing program materials and moving to the newly introduced online learning management system for blended learning
• Supporting the organization and team in the creation of new content
• Developing visual communication material including infographics, articles & presentations for use in training activities

The short-term assignment will be over 3 months, starts on March 01, 2020 and ends on May 31st, 2020.

Position Qualifications:

• Passionate about entrepreneurship and education
• Education or Entrepreneurship background or knowledge
• Strong communication and writing skills: excellent English, Arabic
• Strong research and presentation skills
• Strong ability to work with digital format learning resources (online, blended, other...)
• Proficiency in using presentation tools
• Previous similar experience is a plus
