    JOB DESCRIPTION     Program Coordinator for North Lebanon   Report to:  Program Manager   Team/Dept: INJAZ Lebanon   Roles and Responsibilities:   Responsible for all program implementation in North Lebanon     Support Roles   Program material availability, Grant reporting, Training     Summary of Position     (A)   Responsible for quality implementation of programs in North Lebanon area in terms of Volunteer follow up (B)    Responsible for quality implementation of programs in North Lebanon area in terms of Schools & student follow-up (C)    Attend and facilitate (and where needed lead) all program implementations in North Lebanon (D)   Support in data management and grant reporting (E)    Support Program Manager in trainings, PR and events where needed   Essential Functions/Responsibilities   % Time Function/Responsibility (briefly describe):   (A)Responsible for quality implementation of programs in North Lebanon area in terms of Volunteer training and follow up Deliver trainings in relevant region with support from Program Manager Maintain positive relationships with volunteers and sustain regular follow-up and coaching through phone calls, class visits and feedback meetings before the first session, during delivery and after last session. Gather testimonials from volunteers and surveys results as needed.     (B)    Responsible for quality implementation of programs in North Lebanon area in terms of Schools & student follow-up Follow-up with schools on a weekly basis through classroom visits, emails and calls to ensure smooth running and quality delivery of all programs. Assist the Program Manager in increasing numbers of enrolled schools and students in schools, by entertaining long-term relationships with schools and ensuring they fill School Information Sheet Gather testimonials from students and school representatives.     (C) Attend and facilitate (and where needed lead) all program implementations in North Lebanon to ensure quality Read & Learn about each INJAZ program and the requirements to ensure a quality implementation (PIG especially). Help organizes regular mid-term focus group sessions with volunteers and schools. Participate in the development, adaptation, translation, printing and piloting of programs. Ensure availability of all program materials and coordinate with the schools and volunteers.     (D)   Support in data management and grant reporting Compose, draft and edit necessary correspondence to schools, universities and volunteers. Support the INJAZ team in preparing a yearly plan for programs implementation. Attend all team meetings and other meetings when necessary. Collect all data in timely fashion on the ground during implementation or in follow-up conversations Ensure that appropriate data is tracked – KPIs agreed on for PM system or Grant Reporting Prepare all data, success stories, testimonials to supply to Program Manager to include in Grant reporting     (E)  Support Program Manager in trainings, PR and events where needed Assist in organizing and delivering volunteers training programs. Help secure location of training rooms, prints orientation/training materials, organize logistics and support delivery. Contribute to the execution of the organizational marketing plan (media communication, brochure, newsletter, website) by sharing program stories and testimonials.     Perform other related duties, as assigned or requested.     Specifications/Qualifications (education, experience, knowledge)   Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Other relevant field or equivalent. 2+ years professional experience preferably in other NGOS, or in private sector Highly organized and motivated, ability to multitask, complete tasks in a timely manner and work as a team member.
