Project HR Officer

Position Summary

As a Project HR Officer, you will be based in INJAZ Lebanon North office with various field visits to other areas in Lebanon as needed. In brief, your responsibility will be, but not limited to: Supporting the HR Project Specialist in mapping, researching, identifying potential companies and internships/job requirements across the areas for the purpose of placing students of the project in jobs.

 

Responsibilities

  
  • Map companies per sector per area
  • Identify recruitment agencies
  • Update the database file of companies, students, and other stakeholders relevant to the project
  • Conduct cold calls and schedule meetings to gather companies’ requirements and potential job opportunities for the students of the mentioned project above and ensure good coordination with all parties
  • Screen job opportunities through online platforms for the mentioned project.
  • Coordinate with the trainers and follow up with the youth of the project on job requirements and ensure positive relationships
  • Gather all needed legal documents from the trainers, companies, and partners.
  • Gather all invoices and related documents and submit them to the Finance & Admin Department.
  • Handle all the logistics related to the project and its activities (Food, attendance, transportation, trainers, …)
  • Attend all sessions and activities related to the project and conduct program presentations.
  • Schedule mentorship sessions.
  • Collect data for the implemented program (pre-post tests, attendance sheets, pictures, testimonials, trainers’ feedback for online & offline sessions) for reporting purposes
  • Update database, information sheets and insert data collected on reporting sheets
  •  Assure that all information sheets and delivery schedules are updated at all times
  • Maintain an updated database of the project student files.
  • Support on the preparation of internal and external reports for the project.
  • Undertake other duties, as assigned or requested by their line manager related to the project.

Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration (HR Majoring preferred), Psychology or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, business development, communication or equivalent field.
  • Located in the North Area
  • Computer literate with significant experience in MS Office, specifically excel
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Can confidently work in a fast paced energetic environment.
  • Detail oriented
  • Sincere interest in the mission of INJAZ Lebanon
  • Highly organized, motivated and a team player
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic
  • Motorized
