Bar/Floor Manager

Fay House is a social business garden café established to support the activities and humanitarian mission of INSAN Association. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Bar/Floor Manager to join our team.

The Bar/Floor Manager will be responsible for supervising daily front-of-house operations, ensuring excellent customer service, coordinating bar and floor staff, and maintaining smooth service flow. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily bar and floor operations

Supervise, train, and support service staff

Ensure high standards of customer service

Manage staff schedules and workflow

Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers

Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally

Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality (bar or restaurant management preferred)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Customer-focused mindset

Organizational and problem-solving skills
