Human Resources Officer

Job Responsibilities

  • Attend to company staffing needs from recruitment through hiring and induction
  • Manage the orientation of new employees and create effective onboarding plans
  • Attend to the day-to-day management of staff (attendance, leaves, requests, complaints, etc.)
  • Prepare staff payroll and advise management on due salaries and wages
  • Conduct, with the aid of concerned supervisors, regular performance evaluations and plan required interventions
  • Develop a training and development program for the company staff
  • Support the management of disciplinary issues
  • Maintain employee records in a well-organized database
  • Attend to staff legal requirements in a timely manner
  • Prepare necessary policies, procedures, and templates for HR practices
  • Report to management all HR matters and share recommendations as need be

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience as an HR officer
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration – HR Concentration
  • MBA degree is a plus
  • Good Knowledge of HR Functions and Labor Law
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong ethical compass
  • Proficient in MS Office.
