Job Responsibilities
- Attend to company staffing needs from recruitment through hiring and induction
- Manage the orientation of new employees and create effective onboarding plans
- Attend to the day-to-day management of staff (attendance, leaves, requests, complaints, etc.)
- Prepare staff payroll and advise management on due salaries and wages
- Conduct, with the aid of concerned supervisors, regular performance evaluations and plan required interventions
- Develop a training and development program for the company staff
- Support the management of disciplinary issues
- Maintain employee records in a well-organized database
- Attend to staff legal requirements in a timely manner
- Prepare necessary policies, procedures, and templates for HR practices
- Report to management all HR matters and share recommendations as need be

Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as an HR officer
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration – HR Concentration
- MBA degree is a plus
- Good Knowledge of HR Functions and Labor Law
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong ethical compass
- Proficient in MS Office.
