Lawyer

The Lawyer will have completed his/her training and is registered at the Bar Association as a practicing attorney at law.     The Lawyer will be specifically in charge of: - Conducting legal counseling sessions with Insan's beneficiaries, specifically domestic migrant domestic workers who have been abused and need legal protection and advice. -  Following up of the legal cases, preparing all needed documents, arguments, etc... and having the files ready at all times.  - Legally representing the beneficiaries in front of the Lebanese courts whenever necessary and needed.   - Preparing and conducting training sessions on different legal issues for Insan Staff. - Preparing and conducting awareness sessions on different legal issues for the domestic migrant workers communities.   The Lawyer will have completed his/her training and is registered at the Bar Association as a practicing attorney at law.     Work conditions:    - Working hours are 40 hours per week in addition to 5 hours “on call” – which means the lawyer should respond to urgent cases if needed during these extra 5 hours. The working hours at the office will be fixed in agreement between the 2 parties.
