Promote, ensure and establish the child as a central actor in the activities. Act in the best interest of the child according to the Children’s Rights and the core values of INSAN Association.
Plan, Organize and implement recreational and educational activities for targeted children and youth.
Define the activities to be implemented according to the children’s ages and situation, taking into consideration their interests and passion.
Maintain daily attendance sheets for all activities and enter them on the database.
Make daily reporting of the activities conducted to the project coordinator indicating the program followed and evaluating the activity development. (using the special template provided and enter them into the database whenever needed).
Keep a close eye on the issues of child protection and identify within the activities the children in need of further assistance and refer them to the specialized departments and INSAN services.
Attend coordination and evaluation meetings whenever requested.
Maintain the equipment and material used for the activities and keep them organized and unharmed.
Please note: Ability to communicate in either Englsih or French is a must.
