Research Officer

To assist in the preparation of a research project aimed to identify:   The perceptions of employers regarding the Kafala system; The Kafala reform preferences of employers; Alternative frameworks and there potential acceptability to employers and employees; The role (if any) mediation can play in reducing the human and labour rights violations experienced by MDWs in Lebanon.         Key Duties: To undertake interviews with research participants where required. To enter data gathered into SPSS.
