- Develop and implement a sustainable Business Unit Plan aligned with IMS’s mission and values.
- Collaborate closely with the Managing Director on the overall development of IMS.
- Design and launch innovative products and services, including catering, food production, and tourism packages.
- Create and execute effective Marketing and Sales strategies to attract clients and secure contracts.
- Manage budgeting, pricing, cost control, and supplier relationships.
- Oversee inventory, administration, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate operations across different business units, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
- Lead, manage, and train staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain high standards in guest relations, quality, hygiene, and work security.
- Engage and mentor students in business operations, collaborating with Hospitality-PRO.
- Flexibility to support IMS’s growth and adapt to unexpected challenges.
