Hospitality-PRO Tutor

Being part of the Hospitality-PRO Team, the women Tutors will be working in tight relationship with the Company’s Network and the participants enrolled in the program. They will be involved in the selection process of the candidates by presenting Hospitality-PRO in different educational institutions. After offering the Immersion Program for students, they will match the students with the companies and set them up to start the program. Tutors will ensure an accompaniment with coaching sessions all along the program. And will follow-up on the evaluations done by the companies. Tutors will attend capacity building sessions offered by IMS in order to be able to perform the training and coaching with the methodologies adopted by our training center. Tutors are divided by Clusters. Now we are looking for a Tutor for the Keserouan Cluster.
