Financial auditor’s requirements include:
- Carry out an internal audit of the existing financial management systems, procedures and practices and build and identify gaps and areas which may require improvement and strengthening
- Deliver quality advice concerning financial information management
- Assess the whole financial project, including financial reports and the extraction of vouchers, invoices, and expenditures to cross-check compliance with IWPR’s rules and regulations and adherence to Lebanese governmental rules and regulations
- Prepare quarterly, and final audit reports by end of each year
- Prepare and administer staff benefit entitlement procedures
- Generate a timely schedule for NSSF reporting and benefit dues
- Report to NSSF on new staff recruitments, staff resignations or terminations, and enlisting
- Prepare all necessary documentation for NSSF
- Arrange and organize all required documents for the Ministry of Finance
- Prepare the tax due on salary report based on Lebanese regulation
- Submit a yearly report to the Ministry of Finance based on Lebanese Law
- Review assets and their depreciation values over an annual basis
