Request For Proposal | Conflict Sensitive Journalism Multimedia Manual

IWPR is in the process of creating and distributing an Arabic-language CSJ manual. 
To complement this manual, IWPR is is in need of a production group/company that is preferably based in London, UK, to create a TV program (5-6 episodes), 5-8 minutes each, for Syrian citizen journalists. The production group is expected to arrange for a studio and the needed equipment as well. The group is also expected to carry out all  logistics related to filming the episodes and interviews, to do the graphics needed, and to edit the final version and add English subtitles to it. 

Under the direction of the Syria Programs Manager and in coordination with the Media Specialist, the consultant will:

1. Develop a TV program for Syria citizen journalists
2. Prepare a schedule of work for the production of the program
3. Prepare the logistics needed for shooting the pilot episode
4. Do the interview needed for the episode
5. Arrange a studio, equipment and other matters needed for filming to take place
6. Do graphics and photographs on the set
7. Edit the episode
8. Finalize production and add subtitles with a final review
