Invitation To Bid For Conducting A Conflict Sensitivity Institutional Capacity Assessment Re-Advertised

International Alert is re-advertising its invitation for bids from qualified service providers for conducting a conflict sensitivity institutional capacity assessment of the healthcare sector in Lebanon. The assessment will inform the development of a capacity building plan aimed at enhancing the conflict sensitivity of healthcare programmes of governmental and non-government organisations catering to the needs of Lebanese citizens and displaced Syrians. The assessment and the subsequent capacity building fall within a broader effort of reducing conflict between Lebanese host communities and displaced Syrians through improved healthcare provision. Interested candidates are invited to send: - A technical proposal outlining the proposed methodology, including details on how respondents will be selected, what information gathering tools will be used, and proposed duration of the assessment. Proposals that can provide (preliminary) findings by early July are encouraged. - CVs of key staff - A financial proposals including a breakdown of costs Proposals should be sent by email with a subject bearing the name of the applicant and the words “technical proposal”. Financial proposals including a breakdown of costs should be sent in a separate e-mail with a subject line containing the name of the applicant and the words ‘financial proposal”.
