Internship - ''Strategic Development Support’’

Main Functions:

  • Conduct preliminary desk research on relevant topics.
  • Assist in gathering and organizing data from various sources.
  • Support in developing minutes of meetings for the strategy working group.
  • Conduct desk review of key documents.
  • Support the coordination of internal and external consultations, including arranging logistics for Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) and Key Informant Interviews (KIIs).
  • Assist in the analysis of qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Help in drafting reports and summarizing key findings from research and consultations.
  • Assist in report preparation.
  • Analyze consultation outcomes.
  • Support in analyzing key stakeholders.

Minimum requirements:

Current Masters students or fresh graduates from a degree program related to political science, public policy, international affairs or a similar field.

Skills:

  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken arabic and english
  • Basic understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods.

Languages:

  • Fluently spoken and written Arabic
  • Fluently spoken and written English
  • Fluently spoken and written French (an asset)

Duration: 6 months internship - expected starting date June 10th 2024.
