Psychologist

Certifications / Education required:

Bachelor Degree in clinical psychology

3-5 years’ work experience (preferably in a similar field of activity)

Very good knowledge of spoken and written English

Good knowledge about evaluation methods

Very good computer literacy

Good rigor, method and analytical skills

Very good communication and training skills

Management skills

Good knowledge of the health system, social, political and cultural assigned environment

Professional Experience required:

Psychological and counselling support of individuals and/or groups experiencing stress, emotional and psychological related problems (including post-traumatic)

Training of individuals and groups to work in conditions of duress

advanced psychological support

Peer support systems and guidance of team leaders in the field on how to support their staff

Group support for teams (Medicals, front-liners) having gone through acute emotional and psychological trauma incidents

Translating psychology into day-to-day language and practices

Positive-constructive promotion of resilience and well-being

Familiar with humanitarian and/or emergency operations including conflict
