The Receptionist is visitor’s first point of contact. He/She handles the switchboard and additional administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
1 to 2 years of experience
Internally: interacts with all staff members.
Externally: interacts with representatives and high-level management of commercial providers.
Responsibilities:
Welcomes visitors, provides them with information and directs them to the appropriate staff member; updates lists and tables, telephone numbers
Answers and redirects incoming calls and answers caller’s questions.
May be asked to perform tasks not covered in this job description and to provide support to other departments when necessary
Handles the pouches from/to SubDelegations, Damascus Delegation & Geneva.
Handles DHL & Libanpost relations
Handles the swiss stamps and provides on a quarterly basis the balance to the administration
Handles the logistics of briefings and meetings taking place at the Ground Floor meeting rooms
Registers incoming mail on the general register and outgoing mail on the Mail Record Booklet
Follows up, edits and updates the room booking
