Bidders interested in more than one tender must submit separate bids in separate envelopes, clearly marked with tender reference numbers.
Please confirm your interest to participate in the tender through email to leen.hokan@sarc-sy.org and copy to enos.oundo@ifrc.org. Any enquiries regarding the tenders should be addressed to both email addresses by 9th September 2019. Responses to the enquiries will be circulated to all bidders who will have confirmed their interest to participate. The responses will be provided by 10th September 2019.
Deadline for submission of offer: Tuesday 17th September 2019, 15:00 (Damascus Local Time)
Offers should be submitted in English or Arabic language; in sealed envelopes, to the address mentioned in the tender documents.
SARC reserves the right to accept the whole or part of your offer and acceptance of offer will not only depend on lowest quotation.
