Tasks and duties
- Register beneficiaries for crochet and doll design activities, ensuring a smooth and organized process.
- Prepare training materials for crochet classes and doll design, coordinating with the center's administration and program management.
- Monitor attendance and maintain records for classes, ensuring completion of work papers.
- Manage and facilitate crochet classes and doll design sessions, collaborating with the center's administration and program management.
- Coordinate with fellow facilitators and trainers to ensure the success of all activities.
- Support the center's management in overseeing crochet, doll design, and related activities.
- Coordinate with main office departments and provide reliable field information for necessary support.
- Ensure data and reports are of high quality, sharing them with the head office.
- Write monitoring reports with clear explanations and share them with relevant parties.
- Submit periodic reports and actively contribute to field needs assessments and project ideas.
- Fulfill all assigned duties from the center's management and program management, aligned with expertise and job position.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with various types of crochet, knitting, sewing, and doll designing techniques, enabling comprehensive and diverse training.
- Awareness of the main principles of protection and experience in working with adolescents and youth, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Previous experience in training work and youth centers, showcasing the ability to effectively engage and educate young learners.
- Proficiency in using MS Office software and internet navigation, facilitating efficient documentation, communication, and research.
- Strong organizational skills for conducting individual meetings, case studies, and facilitating focus meetings (focus groups) to enhance the learning experience.
- Experience in charitable work and organizations, demonstrating a commitment to making a positive impact on the community.
- Possessing a team spirit, excellent teamwork abilities, and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and learners.
- Consciousness and dedication to upholding humanitarian standards, fostering empathy, respect, and inclusivity throughout the training process.
