The deadline for submitting completed tender bids is Monday May 18, 2026, before 12:00 AM, to the following email: Tender.BEY@internationalmedicalcorps.org Note that if you include other International Medical Corps email addresses in your email containing the offer, your offer will not be considered.

-Validity of the offer should be stated,
A contract will be awarded for an initial one-year term, renewable for an additional year, with a total Not to Exceed (NTE) amount of $449,999. Services will be requested on an as-needed basis via formal work orders.
International Medical Corps reserves the right to accept or reject any part of, or the entire tender in accordance with internal procedures.
All vendors are invited to attend the bid opening, which will be held in person at the International Medical Corps office in Sin El Fil on May 20th.
