Child Counselor

-          Provide individual therapy to Child/Adolescent Mental Health Syrian Refugee population and vulnerable host population referred from within or from outside the center. -          Complete intake assessments, evaluations, treatment recommendations, reviews, and other documentation as necessary. -          Interface with families, treatment team members and case management as requested by IMC. -          Keep track of patient numbers/cases through IMC outpatient records, to be submitted at the end of every month. -          Make necessary and timely referrals when necessary. -          Attend weekly or biweekly meetings including the technical meeting with the rest of the CM team in the south. -          Attend the supervision meeting that is conducted once a month. -          Report directly to IMC psychosocial officer. Deliverables: -          Submit outpatient records at the end of each month. -          Submit timesheets of executed works that include number of sessions, beneficiaries/patients. This timesheet has to be signed and approved by the Psychotherapist and an IMC person (center manager, social worker….).   Qualifications: -        Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology. -        Finalized or in the process of finalizing training on psychotherapy. Fluent in spoken Arabic and good knowledge of English language.
