Finance Intern

Intern – Finance Department 

Period of Performance: 3 months

Level of Effort: The intern will work according to the deliverables listed below.

Background: Finance

Purpose: Support for the finance team in organizing and filing the payments.

Task Description: The intern will complete the following tasks:

 Essential Duties & Responsibilities:                                                                                                                                          

• Support the finance team in organizing the payment files by cross-checking the hard copies received and labelling them vs the data entered on our General Ledger.
• The intern will get an overview about our financial system as part of his/her capacity building.
• Packing the box files once organized to be sent to the warehouse.

Qualifications:                                                                                                                                          

• Well Organized person.

Location of Work: The intern will conduct his/her work in the central office, in Sin El Fil.
