Health Officer - MoPH - MPH014 WITH THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCES The incumbent is to serve as a full time Health Officer to second a Governmental body. The incumbent shall be recruited by IMC, work and report to the Government and will perform the following functions: Terms of Reference 1- To follow-up on healthcare services provided to Lebanese and Syrians at PHC settings, including vaccination activities implemented by MOPH at PHC settings  and UNHCR registration centers(Bekaa, TYR, and Tripoli, Beirut, Mount Lebanon) through field visits and outreach activities. 2-To determine the Utilization rate of PHC services by the displaced Syrians (DS) at PHC settings. 3- To help assess the rate of communicable diseases among the DS in the PHC centers 4-To help assess the rate of malnutrition among the DS children in the PHC centers 5-To assist in collecting the monthly report about maternal and neonatal mortality especially among Syrian women in parallel to the existing report (MNMNS) 6-To assist in collecting and analyzing data and generating reports based on the needs of the PHC at MoPH 7-Perform other duties as required Qualifications requirements: - Knowledge and skills:        University education in public health, health management. - Experience:                     At least 4 years’ experience in the field of public health - Competencies:                 Excellent coordination and analytical skills. - Computer proficiency:       Excellent computer skills and ability to manage large database. - Languages:                     Excellent knowledge of English and Arabic. - Holder of Lebanese nationality Applications (CV and cover letter) have to be sent to recruitmentLebanon@internationalmedicalcorps.org  by July 21st, 2017.
