Hospital Bills Financial Administrator

(A)    Receive the hospital bills from both offices at Beqaa and North and will be responsible to track the bills to be audited and approved by the hospital and health department; (B)    Track financial payments done on a daily basis and commitments of IMC in the hospitals. (C)    Checks bills received from Hospitals obtained from IMC offices at Beqaa and North Lebanon and follows up on necessary actions; (D)   Keep all bills and cash receipt vouchers serially filed for future reference and maintains and controls records and related files; (E)    Verify, enters and retrieves accounting data; (F)    Maintains the IMC accounting vouchers and acts as custodian and ensures that they are kept in safe according to the finance module; (G)   Prepare financial reports; (H)    Advise the health department and Finance Officer on all bills and coordinates corrective actions; (I)      Prepare Purchase requests and check requests for finance department for audited bills (J)    Draft correspondence and prepare reports and statements related to his/her functions; (K)    Perform such other related duties as may be assigned. PERSONAL & PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES A.    Academic and Professional A university degree in accounting, business administration or other related field. B.    Experience        Three years experience in the application of knowledge acquired in accounting, business administration or other related field.          C.    Languages:          Good command of spoken and written English and Arabic. D.    Competencies: i)     Ability to use a computer and work on various spreadsheet applications such as Excel; ii)    Ability to cope with multiple tasks effectively; iii)   Effective written and oral communication; iv)  Ability to identify work needs and to offer appropriate solutions and establish and maintain productive partnership with colleagues.
