(A) Proper counseling via the phone to callers from the refugee community;
(B) The main responsibility is to assist the caller refugees in providing information on the services available and ensure proper referral to the network of services offered to them in all sectors, mainly health and registration information;
(C) Track the action plan for each caller and will keep it documented;
(D) Refer cases in need for further follow to the service providers and other concerned NGOs.
(E) Should be kept updated with all services available for refugee community
(F) And other related duties as may be assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
(A) Well spoken: Arabic and English
(B) Pleasant personality, patient and has ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people of varied mentalities and cultural background
(C) Has a previous exposure and understanding of the refugees’ community and their needs.
(D) Basic MS Office skills.
(E) Ability to work extended hours.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
(A) University graduate in health, psychology or sociology.
(B) Previous experience in health and medical domain.
