Human Resources Assistant (Repost)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES: Responsible for the data entry, review and maintenance of all forms and paperwork required for new hires, terminations, and adjustments to comply with International Medical Corps policies and procedures. Responsibilities: Reviews, monitors and file all requests for leaves submitted by staff Prepares monthly vacation/ leave report and submit it for data entering to HR system. Ensures filling of all employee related documents in HR personal files in accordance with the protocol. Is responsible for preparing the employment/consultancy contracts, service agreements based on backup documentation provided by the HR Officer. Prepares new employee files. Assists or prepares correspondence. Insures Bank accounts opened for newly hired staff. Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential. Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office. Academic & Technical Educational level typically acquired through completion of high school. Developing knowledge is required at the intermediate level, considerable knowledge is required at the experienced level, and thorough knowledge is required at the advanced level. Knowledge of general office practices. Ability to select and compile data for correspondence or reports Ability to meet schedules and deadlines of the work area. Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic, French basic Expert in main computer applications (Microsoft Office Applications…) Personal: Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills Patience, perseverance, proactive, self motivated and ability to work in stressful environment Ability to take initiative, and willingness to take on new responsibilities High degree of professionalism and strong work ethic Ability to prioritize work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Capacity to work both independently and as a member of a team.    Actively promote PSEA (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) standards within International Medical Corps and amongst beneficiaries served by International Medical Corps.
