Duration: 3 months (Unpaid)
Background: The Human Resources department handles a range of different functions. The department is responsible for recruitment and staff development, Compensation and benefits, Employee relations and maintaining employment laws as well support organization changes.
Terms of references:
- Updating our internal databases (Soft and Hard Copies).
- Working on the filing system such as recruitment documents, personnel documents, job files, timesheets (Soft and Hard Copies).
- Providing general administrative and clerical support to the HR Team members as needed
- Scanning.
- Checking Personnel files for Missing documents
- Introduction to IMC Standards pertaining Job Files, Personnel Files & Employee Checklist and all other HR documents
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or studying toward a degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills in English and Arabic clearly, both verbally and in writing and with all levels of staff, including at a distance
