Primary Responsibilities
Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising hiring managers; managing relocations and intern program.
Essential Job duties:
Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites
Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules;
Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
Manages intern program by conducting orientations; scheduling rotations and assignments; monitoring intern job contributions; coaching interns; advising managers on training and coaching.
Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Actively promote PSEA (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) standards within International Medical Corps and amongst beneficiaries served by International Medical Corps.

Academic & Technical
Experience in recruitment is a must.
Educational level typically acquired through completion of high school.
Developing knowledge is required at the intermediate level, considerable knowledge is required at the experienced level, and thorough knowledge is required at the advanced level.
Knowledge of general office practices.
Ability to select and compile data for correspondence or reports
Ability to meet schedules and deadlines of the work area.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic, French basic
Expert in main computer applications (Microsoft Office Applications…)
