Period of Performance: From October 1st to November 30th for a period of 2 months.
Level of Effort: The Consultant will work on part-time basis according to the deliverables listed below.
Background:
The Ministry of Public Health in Lebanon in collaboration with all the partners aim to strengthen the responsiveness of the Government of Lebanon to the COVID-19 outbreak. Through this collaboration, the IT Department will support the response increase their technical and organizational capacity and capability to respond to the COVID-19 outbreak. The IT team consultants will support the vaccination centers on the IMPACT SYSTEM VACCINATION at MOPH with their tasks.
Purpose: The purpose of this scope of work is to support the procurement of the services of IT consultant to facilitate the implementation of the vaccination 4149 project.
Deliverables:
Hospitals Support:
- Follow up with hospitals on the system when they face a technical problem.
- Collect hospitals reports and data and report them to the head of department and to the IT team.
- Establishing, maintaining and updating manual and computer filing system for projects;
Registration Support:
- Follow up on a daily basis with people to support them by taking appointments on the impact system.
- Support people by changing their appointments vaccination from one hospital to another.
- Sending SMS to the people whom register on impact system for vaccination.
- Responding to inquiries made in-person, by phone or by mail and making appropriate referrals;
Office and Desk Support:
- Retrieving information from files when needed;
- Organizing meetings and functions, preparing distribution materials for all meetings, and transcribing minutes;
- Providing secretarial service, including answering telephone calls, taking appointments, and drafting routine correspondence;
- Typing correspondence, reports, memoranda, technical papers, policies, committee minutes, letters, forms, procedures, and related material.
Fixed Price Fee: A total of USD 500 per month will be paid based on completion of International Medical Corps requirements and IMC’s acceptance of deliverables
Location of Work: Consultant resides in Lebanon and will conduct his/her work in different areas based on the need. The consultant will be responsible for the travel arrangements to and from the working locations.
