The Literacy Curriculum Specialist will be part of the Early Childhood Development (ECD) Expert Committee
Basic Requirements:
Education, Training, and Experience
Education and training equivalent to the possession of a Master’s degree in Arabic Literature, advanced degree preferred.
Successful working experience as an Arabic literary reviewer in a public or private sector
Knowledge of technical terminologies.

strong organizational skills
ability to work independently and as part of a team;
excellent typing skills and computer skills (Microsoft Office and internet);
Skill and Ability to:
Hard-working, dedicated, self-starter
Works collaboratively to review and modify revised ECD educational and training material to comply with Arabic literary language.
Review the literature used in the material and recommend compliance to local context.
Accountabilities:
Meets all the basic requirements to be appointed as a curriculum specialist
Ensure coordination with IMC designated staff as required
Completes and submits to the IMC all material within the mentioned time line of the project.
Partakes in IMC workshops/meetings as required (if travel and accommodation are required, IMC will cover in full)
