IMC Lebanon is seeking a full time Coordinator to manage the Mental Health activities of the IMC program in Lebanon. The program is expanding and currently covers for both Syrian and Iraqi refugees. Though based in Beirut, it will involve regular travel to the field sites - Bekka, North, South. Daily management of the programs and staffing in addition to representation at coordination meetings and with key stakeholders is the mainstay of the role.
Responsibilities specific to Lebanon:
Effectively manage daily program, including planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluating, and reporting (Pipeline Review, Implementation Plan).
Conduct routine project needs assessments and program reviews to ensure successful implementation and donor compliance
Manage MH Dept. and subsequent team ensuring there is adequate cover during periods of absence, training needs are met and performance evaluated.
Work directly with the MH Consultant as required by the program.
Identify potential new donors and projects in the sphere of MH & Psychosocial programming and follow up in conjunction with the CD on same.
Represent IMC at relevant coordination meetings - UNHCR, MOSA, MOH, UNFPA, UNICEF et al.
Liaise closely with any new or previous sub grantees.
Part of IMC Lebanon country management team for strategic planning, etc.

The qualified candidate will be a mental health professional with MD with extensive experience in psychosocial programming, Psychologist or Social worker with extensive psychosocial programming experience
