Conduct hospital and home visits to assess the medical and social situation of refugees seeking assistance for hospital care and to follow up on the wellbeing of inpatients and proper documentation and reporting.
Counseling and case management for patients at the PHC, Hospital level as requested by the health team.
Conduct outreach visits to follow up on the medical and health needs of displaced population
Conduct health awareness sessions.
Follow up vaccination and reproductive health services at the PHC and mobile teams level
Archiving all the documents relevant.
Will be responsible for the data entry, maintenance, and confidentiality for Patient Registration forms.
Shall be responsible to enter approved hospital referrals in an efficient and timely manner.
Shall work in close coordination with health officers at located in IMC Mount Lebanon ensure patients claim forms and medical reports are collected on daily basis and entered on the system;
The medical data entry clerk will submit, on a daily basis, the list of patients admitted in each office and all the medical and financial information available per admission to help in tracking patients’ admissions.
Assist in developing improved patient records management.
Attend regular meetings in main office
Fulfilling any other relevant duties requested by the medical consultant and health officer
Keep Medical coordinator and senior health officer updated regularly
Arrange focus groups with the community and discuss needs and satisfaction of the community on the services provided.
Take part in the assessments conducted by the IMC team .
To be part of the emergency medical team in case of emergency.
Coordination:Continuous Coordination with all relevant stakeholders specifically UNHCR, HRC , the Ministry of Social Affairs and others
Reporting:
Reporting back verbally on the progress of the work, to the senior health officer and Medical coordinator , as often as needed.
Collecting weekly and monthly reports from health facilities.
Providing relevant input for the monthly reports
Qualifications & Experience:
University degree in nursing , registered nurse
NGO experience is preferable
Experience in emergency work is a plus
Very good in English and Arabic speaking and writing

Strong communication skills
