Satisfaction Survey Consultant

IMC’s MHPSS program strives to maintain a client-centered approach throughout all project design and implementation phases. To measure the success of our programming to date, IMC will assess the beneficiaries’ satisfaction to determine whether the services provided in IMC-supported clinics respond to the needs of the community and are being delivered with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. A satisfaction survey will include questions on the quality of services being provided by the case managers, psychotherapists, and psychiatrists.     Tasks & Responsibilities: Update existing satisfaction measuring tools, with input from IMC’s technical advisors and M &E team Develop the survey methodology including sample size calculations Assist the M&E team in administering these surveys to the beneficiaries accessing IMC-supported centers providing mental health services Reporting: Submit Quarterly reports to measure the progress of the program Summarize the findings in a final report to identify programmatic gaps and make recommendations for how future programming can better respond to beneficiary needs Reports directly to MHPSS Deputy coordinator   Qualifications: Mental health and epidemiology/biostatistics background Fluent in Arabic, Fluent in English, Have access to transportation, Able to submit deliverables in a timely manner.
