The Capacity Building Assistant (CBA) will follow up on all preparation and implementation of capacity building activities conducted by International Medical Corps in close coordination with the program staff. The CBA will also ensure proper documents are collected and payments are in place.

The incumbent of this post is responsible to the Quality and Cost Effectiveness Manager.
Functions and responsibilities
Prepare all requests and internal documentation related to the trainings including location, material, incentives and others
Follow up on trainer recruitment and contract based on Human Resources requirements
Collect and review printing and training materials for completeness and accuracy
Follow up with logistics department for location and printing
Prepare invitation letters and collect attendance sheets
Provide administrative and financial support to ensure training operations are maintained in an effective and accurate manner.
Communicate regularly with finance for payments and incentives to ensure all requirements on track
Coordinate with field staff for the training day
Collect training data including pre-post test, evaluation and attendance in order to prepare summary
Ensure proper filing of documents
Support field team as needed
Perform other tasks as requested by line manager.
