Period of Performance: From October 1st to November 30th for a period of 2 months.
Level of Effort: The Consultant will work on part-time basis according to the deliverables listed below.
Background: The Vaccination Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating vaccine management activities, including ordering vaccines, ensuring vaccines are stored and handled correctly, vaccine inventory tracking, and staff training in their respective governate. The Vaccination Coordinator ensures proper storage of vaccine in compliance with MoPH standards, maintains record keeping and appointment system, and maintains systems to assure high compliance with the regulations of MoPH.
Purpose: The purpose of this scope of work is to support the procurement of the services of COVID-19 vaccine coordinators to facilitate the implementation of the vaccination 4149 project.
Deliverables:
- Vaccination management duties including: ordering vaccines, overseeing vaccine transport and storage, submitting reports as per MoPH protocols, and all the other responsibilities detailed in the SRF
- Performance enhancement duties including: supervising clinic staff, vaccination nurses, vaccination process quality, ensuring safety for the staff and the beneficiaries and assisting in protocol development (as detailed in the SRF).
Fixed Price Fee: A total of USD 600 per month will be paid based on completion of International Medical Corps requirements and IMC’s acceptance of deliverables.
Location of Work: Consultant resides in Lebanon and will conduct his/her work in different areas based on the need. The consultant will be responsible for the travel arrangements to and from the working locations.
