Admin Intern

Reporting directly to the Regional Project Manager and under the direct supervision of the Chief of Mission in Beirut, and in close coordination with the Regional Office in Cairo including the Regional Director and the Regional Migrant Assistance Specialist (‘RTS’), the National Project Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Regional Project Manager in the implementation of nationally-based activities within the EU funded ‘Project to Protect and Assist Vulnerable and Exploited Migrant Workers in the Middle East’ (‘PAVE’).   Assist in the provision of capacity building, training, and general support which may include provision of administrative & logistical support to project staff at the national level. Assist in the organization of and delivery of thematic training to the project beneficiaries.  Assist also with the organization of any project conferences/ workshops. Provide translation Assist the project manager to prepare donor and other reports; assist to prepare and collate general and specific information on project activities as requested by donors/external parties, IOM, and other internal counterparts as well as other reports, as requested. Provide regular national project activity updates to the Regional Project Manager, COM, and RTS. Undertake duty travels as required. Perform such other duties as may be assigned.
