Under overall supervision of the Head of Office, the direct supervision Migration Health Physician TB/HIV and technical support of Chief Medical Officer in IOM Beirut and of the Global Fund (Middle East HIV-Aids/TB/Malaria Response) MER Project Management Unit in IOM Amman, the incumbent will be responsible for: Support the implementation of the Global Fund MER project (Beirut and at the field level when accessible). Collecting and analyse data using statistical techniques and provision of ongoing reports Assist in developing and implementing databases, data collection systems data analytics and other  tools that optimize  statistical efficiency and quality Acquiring data from primary and secondary data sources and maintaining databases/data systems Filter and clean data by reviewing reports printouts and performance indicators to locate and correct data gathering/analysis problems Support in conducting of training for MoPH National Programs and designated field level staff related to data collection and sharing Participate in MoPH/WHO/IOM meetings and trainings  related data collection and systems with aim to strengthen implementation of  National Strategic plan Contribute in scaling up of WHO WEB TBS as part of support of NTP Back up all program and project data systematically using a comprehensive standardized SOP assuring safety of data Support Migration Health Officer in management of the documentation and record information regarding TB patients’ full information, contacts, treatment and follow up tests that will be collected by the team during the daily duty. Participate in Lebanon NSP (National Strategic Plan ) implementation, and implementation of TB clinical and other guidelines, work closely with WHO and NTP Support Chief Medical Officer/Project Manager and Migration Health Physician in developing efficient project monitoring and evaluation data collection tools. Support and Conduct routine visit to different TB facilities and TB cases (presumptive) in different Governorates, Syrian refugee sites, hard to reach areas etc and support provision necessary medical data collection of  treatment and referral of beneficiaries    Assist in engaging with different MoPH health facilities (PHC, CHC and Governorate Hospitals) to improve data sharing on referral of presumptive TB cases, provision of DOTs and TB treatment follow-up in their own facilities.    Support Conduction of  training of MoPH, INGO/NGO/partners and health facilities on TB case detection, diagnosis, treatment follow-up and DOTs, contact tracing , LTBI , IPT , joint TB/HIV activities (Data analysis related) Assist in Liaising and networking with MoPH and National TB and HIV/AIDS Programs Data managers and Monitoring officers Maintain confidentiality of information, collaborative relationship with clients, partners and health professionals.  Perform any related duties that may be assigned by the supervisor.

Experience:
-Minimum 4 years continuous professional working experience, preferably with experience Health programs related data analysis
-Prior working experience in communicable diseases particularly in Tuberculosis will be an asset.
