DTM Enumerator - (Displacement Tracking Matrix)

  • Visit the locations where affected populations are residing and gather information on their number, location, demographic, and other basic data as requested (data may also be collected through telephone interviews);
  • Complying with project administrative procedures and deadlines as advised by the supervisor;
  • Collect information on the humanitarian situation and needs in close coordination with counterparts and key informants at the district and location levels as advised by the supervisor;
  • Examine and process data, to ensure quality and accuracy, into simple forms in accordance with instructions and guidelines received;
  • Report on priority areas and needed interventions based from on the ground realities to inform future activities;
  • Assist and coordinate with responsible staff to ensure safety of transporting and distributing relief items and IOMs humanitarian response and recovery efforts if and when needed;
  • Perform any other duties assigned by direct supervisor

2. Capacity to work independently, efficiently with flexibility;
3. Good interpersonal communication skills
4. Previous experience on assessments/data collection activities is an advantage
