Emergency Field Team Leader - Akkar

Under the overall supervision of the Emergency Response & Post Crisis Officer and the direct supervision of the Emergency Operations Officer and in coordination with the Emergency Project Assistant the incumbent will perform the following functions:   1)      Oversee distribution of all NFIs and FIs.   2)      Attend district WGs and cluster meetings as requested by the Emergency Operations/Project Assistant   3)      Monitor warehouses and storage and advice the Emergency Unit in Beirut on stock availability and needs.   4)      Prepare inventory reports and advise accordingly.   5)      Liaise with local authorities to identify community needs and gaps   6)      Prepare reports and statistics regarding Syrian refugees   7)      Liaise with Beirut office and update on situation on the ground   8)      Supervise the field staff and prepare work plans   9)      Liaise with Operations Officer/Project Assistant and organize all field trips particularly donor ones   10)   Develop projects related to the field needs in coordination with the Emergency Unit in Beirut   11)  Perform any other duties you may be assigned
