- Perform structural assessment on counter-trafficking unit of the internal security forces.
- Prepare the bills of quantity (BOQ) and the plan for the assessed structures, showing the needed works and providing estimated costs.
- Assist the project management and the procurement staff in analysing bids and in choosing the best contractors to undertake rehabilitation or construction works.
- Undertake regular site visits to supervise rehabilitation and construction works performed by selected contractors.
- Perform quality check and sign off upon completion of activities in the rehabilitated structure to ensure that the work completed is satisfactory and habitable before releasing payments to the contractor.
- Provide technical advices in his/her area of expertise, whenever needed.
- Providing weekly progress report including photos.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

2. Valid Accreditation from the Lebanese Order of Engineers and Architects (OEA)
3. At least 5 years work experience in engineering project implementation and/or management.
4. Solid computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office package (Office, Excel, Power Point, Outlook), internet and Email.
5. Excellent command of spoken and written English.
